Recurring progress documentation for construction and development sites with consistent framing, lighting timing, and altitude across visits — producing a time series that reads cleanly side-by-side. Separate marketing/cinematic capture is available for properties, events, and brand work.

Flight planning

Airspace clearance, site reconnaissance, ground control placement when applicable, and weather window selection.

Step 03

Capture

On-site execution to spec. Pre-flight checklist, in-flight notes, and field-level QA before we leave the site.

Step 04

Processing

Raw data offload the same day, processing within agreed turnaround, and accuracy validation against control where applicable.

Step 05

Review

Draft deliverables in the client portal. One round of revisions is standard; additional scope is quoted separately.

Step 06

Handoff

Final files delivered through the secure portal with documented methodology. Raw data archived for a minimum of 90 days.
